Anyone say how good nov. Is doing now or a average person day

Midday they had updated 43 cases, mostly RFEs... I will run a scan and post in the November thread in about 2 hours from this comment.

My estimates for December start:  Most likely we will see some initial progress next week, and then see it start to ramp up slowly from the 11th onward and in full swing starting the week the 18th.  How much they do between now and the end of next week would be a decent indicator. Good luck guys!

Believe me, the November filers want everything finished up quick, too!

Hmmm the World Cup will start around those dates too so one more distraction while waiting for NOA2 :D

For some of us appearing in the new system / Site and not in the old one, we won't be able to be included in scans because our WAC numbers does not show on the old website. So we have to wait and see when will we be notify regarding our petition. Don't know what impact this will have on our timeline. Just hope that we get good news soon. I'm positive and I have faith everything will go well.

My fiancé called to uscis and got to talk to tier2. He has been informed that our case is doing good (not sure what does it mean) and that only needs to be put together for further steps (not sure even why they cannot just put it together asap lol). And they said that they are working mostly on November cases and did some December cases.

Old site: 08 dec

new site: 14 dec (noa1 date same)

so i hope we all will hear from them soon :)

Thank you. I hope you're right. USCIS has been known to twist the facts a bit when asked though.

I don't appear in the old website either, it freaked me out a little because I still can't get my WAC number in there without the "error" notification. BUT I'm fine in the new website, which means that if they are switching to the new one to process the files, we have the chance to be in there 100%. I wouldn't worry too much, we won't appear in the scans so we will be silent NOA2s which is fine. Keep checking the new website, that's what I'm doing

yes I thought about that. It does not really matter. As long as we get approved. New or old website does not really matter :) We are now on 168 days. Soon we reach the 170's. But our INS lawyer told us not to count or speculate. It will happen when it happen.

Girl believe me it's hard when you can't even visit between the waiting periods. I haven't seen my love like in 181 days now. Believe me this is the hardest thing I ever done but for the sake of love you have to stay strong and be there for each other no matter how many miles keep you apart. Be strong. Soon girl very soon. I can't wait for that day to get my butt on that plane. I want to see my love's facey and hug him so tight.

We have the same NOA1 I think, so same amount of days. I know, if we get caught up on this, we'll lose our minds. We have to keep waiting and have faith. We'll get there eventually :)

Guys I think our timeline moved up because the November filers do not update the timelines after approvals. I noticed that there is no 30th May approvals logged in the timeline yet. I hope there will be more movements from June. Gosh this waiting and insecurity is driving me crazy.
