Oh you are not alone, it has made me frustrate and asking myself why this happens to me. So So many calls to the uscis were made but got the same answers, not helpful. Just can see it on the new website.

It does not make sense because there is WAC numbers just after mine that shows active but mine get's red errors on the app. At least the new site shows our case has been received on 14th December. I come to an conclusion that our WAC number has not been updated on the app or there may be another reason not sure.

I understood there's several December filers that have trouble locating their WAC numbers on the app.

Would you mind sending me yours in pm so I can check if its on the scan?

We are on the same day, I think it only happens to the cases on that day. We called them before and they said it is up to the person processing the case to upload the info grrr. I hoped the man who has had my case has been working so hard on my case that he forgot to upload my case online.   if our case is special like this IT should be a good special, like it just took us 5 months to get approved, it is called a make up lol,  but it is just my wish. Not happening lol, still waiting so long for it

Yes it's worrisome to see that errors on the app. Day 167 since the NOA1. counting the days. I pray and hope for a earlier approval date. I really miss my love so much. Can't wait to see his facey in real person.

Are you also getting errors on the App? Vix said that she can't pick up my WAC number on her scans either. Jeez I'm a bit worried now.

I don't think you have to worry. You are in the new database and you got your NOA1, so you know you're in their system. I think with the new system some adjudicators decided to skip the old database altogether.

Yes because what is the chance that both 14th December's skipped the old system? Hope it's a good sign...

I can't stop worrying. This journey is so different. Wish my case was normal like the others
