Dec 1 filer here (NOA 1 Dec 6). Goodluck to all of us! I know the waiting game sucks big time but try to sit back, relax, keep the faith and have more patience. We’ve already waited more than 5 months hopefully we start to hear in couple of weeks (crossing fingers lol). We are all in this together.

December 1st filer here as well.  Trying to stay cool, calm and collective but its hard for us (just like I know it is for everyone).  For us its starting to feel more real the closer we get to June.  Even though we just saw each other at the beginning of the month we are ready to see each other besides on a screen.  We are just...ready for the next step.  Just like I know all of you are.

Morning everyone,

At this point I'm super worry of what is going to happen with USA Embassy in CCS, Venezuela,

The president expel two US Diplomats yesterday. The US has not had an ambassador to Venezuela since 2010, but one of this diplomats served as the mission's Chargé D'Affaires -- a position that is akin to an acting ambassadorship.

Does anyone know if things we worse what is going to happen with petition?

Do we get the interview in a different embassy.

I'm doing my best to keep calm try to stay busy at work, doing Yoga, exercising and any other activities that will keep my mind away from worrying

I'm sorry love, this must be so stressful.

I know some countries don't have an American embassy and they are referred to the embassy of a neighboring country. I suspect that will be the same with your case.

You can always try to call the embassy and ask what will happen.

Guys we finally reached 160 days.

Gosh it feels like a mile stone since we got the NOA1 but I have a good feeling about the NOA2.

I have faith that a miracle is about to happen. The Best is yet to happen yeah! Looking forward to the good news.

I will keep my head down and do what I've been doing and keep visualizing that letter in the postbox.

Strongs peeps. Soon very soon :)

You will probably be sent to the Consulate in Guayaquil, Ecuador. In any event, your case will be processed at the closest Embassy/Consulate. No need to worry or stress out.

i saw post in facebook and someone call to the UCSIS and asked if there was a recent policy change that affects the processing of November applications by the order of receipt and told her  explained to me that there are 2 factors: a back log of cases, and electronic filing. On 11/7/18 the USCIS began receiving electronic applications instead of the traditional paper cases. Electronic cases are easier to complete for several reasons. It’s not handwritten, or a scanned copy of a handwritten application. The method of working through electronic cases is allowing them to reduce the backlog.WHO FILLED  ELECTRONICALLY OR SEND BY POST IN DECEMBER?

I mailed in a paper application.  Thats so mean if they just over look it because someone elses is easier to process.  I wrote so neatly lol

Only certain applications are available for electronic filing K-1 visa is not one of them, the rep was probably referring to the fact that some visa/naturalization applications are accepted electronically since November...I believe its some work visas and naturalization application that can be filed online now. Remember that service centers process all kinds of immigration applications not just fiance visas, since they get more work visas and naturalization apps this will make their work flow go faster so they can get to other apps like K-1 faster
