Hi guys

Is there a way we can see the estimate K1 applications for December filers per day? Or is Igor's list basically the estimate count per NOA1 receive?

I'm just curious to see how many December filers there actually is per day.

For example the 14th December I can track 15 filers

Here's a chart of the numbers of December filers per date. List needs to be cleaned up a bit so daily numbers may vary +- 5

All cases rejected in the first month due to improper filing or not paying the fee are already filtered from this chart. These are only still active cases.

I would like to stress that all the non virgin cases in this list have been touched in Januari of 2018 and are most likely expedited cases.

3300 Cases Received

14 Documents Returned To USCIS

6 Dates of Birth Updated
4 Names Updated

2 Documents Mailed

1  Case Transferred To Another Office
1 Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction

If October and November still have a high volume outstanding do you think we will most probably be extended by another month or two before they start sweeping December filers ?

I'm not sure. To be honest, I'm beginning to suspect they're right on track. Most adjudicatorhave transferred to the new system and the scans, that are based on the old system, is just not picking it up anymore. My suspicion is shaved by the fact that my vj timeline has not changed much. It went up by one day, no more. If the overall cases approved per day would have reduced to the amount that we see in the scans we would see that in the vj timeline too. But we don't.

I think my scanning will be useless.

I think your absolutely correct. It’ll be interesting to see whether they phase out of the old system with December applicants. Think that’s why we are seeing so little updates on daily scans as you obviously can’t pick that info up with the new system. I just think November has had such a hard time. Whether that’s the change over, something to do with Quarters or whatever.

Im assuming also, just to clarify Little_Vixen your dates on the graph are for received dates on the old system, as in the date we are shown on app. I mean our received date is 12/26/18 and 12/29/18 for our NOA1? Only Day 146 here 😂

Thanks 😊

Does this mean that the approvals will be quicker on the new system? Hope so. So how are we suppose to track the estimate daily approvals now if it means you can not do daily scans if old site is not working anymore? Will there be more silent NOA2 coming in then ?

I will still do the scans, but I think most will come in on the new system. They will bit be silent as such cause you will still get an email from the site when your car gets updated. The silent noa2's are the ones that are not updated in the system and just arrive at your mailbox.

We can still track it through the old website but they Wil use that less and less. Then we can use the visa journey members timelines but that's only a fraction of all the petitions being processed.

I'm not really sure what the best way to go is from here.

It must be so disheartening for November filers to see the scans currently, it could very well be an old vs. New system issue. There’s just so many variables with USCIS right now, maybe it is the H1B lottery being processed, the recall of some green cards, end of quarter, end and start of fiscally year, old and new system, etc... who knows. It’ll be interesting to see how it all evolves. I’d love to know the slow down. I don’t believe my timeline is correct, however I am certainly not a half glass full individual. I’ll be ecstatic if VJ is correct :). I'd say with a  NOA1 of 12/29/17 (new system),  I could see NOA2 around 12-25th July and not June 30th - 6th July. I’m tuned, analytical,  and willing to wait. But I have a gut feeling November may last longer than we think - maybe not drag as long as this past June, but still. No rush here as i'm planning late October POE due to my work position 😂
