I don't see any reasons why people should be giving out WAC's, but I also don't see any reason why not. Its just a number. I was working on a list of wac numbers of several dates so you all can do your mini scans. I know you love doing those (I do too!) and it will help me in the long run to pick up when things are moving. As it is I wont start doing the daily scans until December really starts. But I might do a weekly scan to see if there's any movement at all.

Sounds good. I can see the pro’s and cons of sharing WAC numbers. It’s all down to individual perception as some people might view that as personal information linked to their own individual application. Certainly, there’s no expectation to share that number but some people may feel happy to do so. And in reality it is only a number. Like 50 cows in a field, in reality who will know Kasey from Jasey.

Expecting December to hopefully be in movement when I’m back from holidays around 11th June, if the USCIS start before then even better. Im kinda expecting to fall into January approvals being a late December filer; so may very well join their thread too LOL!!

But I’m sure other will agree with me here Little_Vixen; thank you first and foremost for putting the time and effort into doing this for us when December daily scans begin. I wouldn’t have the time nor patience. It takes a lot of commitment and stamina I’m sure to do something like that. It’s amazing! Roll on Merry little December 😊

Yes, I will second that. Thank you Little_Vixen :-)

I tried to go back and find this info but I couldn't. Wednesdays are historically a slow approval day, right?

I’m kind of confused. Old site says Dec 7, new site says Dec 11. Which one do I go by?

Depends on the usage. If you read again you’ll realize they say two different things

scans : received date / dec 7

inquiry : submitted date / dec 11

There’s actually no historical info like that 🤔 I’ll check if there was any mystery  about Wednesday when I get home today

There seemed to be a trend that Mondays and Fridays are pretty busy days as far as updates go. It wanes off a bit in the middle of the week. I can't back it up with data though.

I spent one entire day on trying to figure out WAC numbers for different months until my IP got blocked. It was incredibly exciting, I felt like a spy :jest::jest::jest:

To give you an indication where to do your scans, these are the first K1 WAC numbers of certain dates. I chose a 5 day interval, but sometimes that day fell on a weekend so no cases were received on that date.

Dec 1     WAC1890069468

Dec 5    WAC1890074345

Dec 11    WAC1890081347

Dec 15   WAC1890086616

how and where do you run a scan? or is that too much to explain? My WAC falls between Dec 1 and Dec 5 or does that not matter?
