Good morning guys!!!!

I am a bit concerned.On the website there hasnt been any update.it only says case was received. Any reason why this happens?

Cause they haven't started December yet. We still have a few weeks to go before they start. They are now working on November.

If you fill out your VIsaJourney timeline it will give you an indication of when your application could be approved. I am a December 22 filer and my expected NOA-2 date is June 23. So I still have about a month of waiting to do.

Once the December cases start rolling I will be giving you all a daily scan on the progress.

We expect in about 3 weeks. But USCIS has been processing November in a weird way so we can't be sure about this.

Is your Dec1 the date from the old website or the new website?

They changed over to a new system a while ago. The old system works with the date your petition arrived at USCIS. The new website works with the date your case was entered into the system, so that's usually a day or two later. For cases like yours its important, cause if you are a December 1 filer in the new system you are actually a November filer here on VisaJourney cause all the scans are based on the old system.

Yes I was Dec 4th in the old and Dec 7th in the new
