Question regarding the December scans

I've been given the chance to run the December scans when it comes our time. I would absolutely love to do that but there's one little snag. I live in the Netherlands. This means that my time schedule is way off from US time. The normal scans are run at 6pm Cali time. That is 3am my time. I love you guys, but that's not gonna happen. :jest: What's more, I probably won't have the opportunity to run the scans during my workday. That means the usual 6pm cali time scans will be run somewhere around noon the following day. Will that be ok with you? If not, we need to find someone who is computer savvy and on a more compatible time schedule.

I never ran a scan at 6pm cali time (actually they continue updating till 10pm most ones so I never ran it at 6pm) and posted them the next morning. As these are just for info on how far they’ve gone and everyone will be checking their cases, I see no problem with your hours.

I know two more people contacted me through forums but One didn’t reply back later and the other person(I can’t find your nickname!!) so please send me a message :)

Got our NOA1 today! Entered our WAC# in USCIS App/Website but I believe that it takes a few days to input the data from USCIS system to app/website updates. At the moment it states our case # is not found, however im sure by the end of the week or beginning of next the messages/updates will start to update/change. Official countdown has begun peeps! :D

Are you able to check your case online yet?

Happy Monday everyone! Day 157..... uhg. How is that the 5/4 NOA2 approvals dropped from 5 yesterday to 4 today...this seems very backwards!!!

Just a suggestion about using a remote login program like Log Me In where you can access your home computer/laptop from your cell phone while you are outside the house. I remember @Naes used it and loved it. Just a suggestion if it helps you start the scans at a time convenient for you while you are not home :)

I think I could be one those, I am still willing to help. However, availability to do them changed a bit vs what I offered myself back then. My work schedule got changed I am not back home until at least 7pm EST, so I am able to help with the scans anytime after that. Every now and then I could have day off during weekdays and those days I can do at any time of the day. So am still willing to help as long as people are okay with that. :)

Another Louisvillian! Go wildcats! :D

I can do the scans daily, if at an awkward time. But I'll keep you in mind as a backup!

I rescheduled it earlier :) so moved from July 9 to June 11, and decided to leave for Turkey after that (hopefully with the visa) instead of before..

The date appearing on your Visa Journal Timeline is the estimated date that you MAY receive your NOA2.   This time is calculated based on the current average time that petitioners have waited to receive their NOA2 after submission of the I-129F.  (VJ Processing Estimate = Date Submitted + Average Number of Days Wait for NOA2)   At best it is a crude estimate based on average processing times.   As the auto manufactures say, "Your milage may vary"

NOA2 means that the USCIS has completed review of the I-129F and has approved that both the Beneficiary and Petitioner are eligible to receive a K1 Visa.  At this point, the USCIS hands over the K1 petition to the Department of State were they will asses the legitimacy of the relationship.  If they determine that the relationship between the Beneficiary and the Petitioner is legitimate, the K1 Visa will be approved and issued.    The NVC and local Embassy perform this function.

thank you very much for your time :) hopefully the timeline is accurate
