I-129F December 2017 Filers

Hello All!

 

Got my NOA1 letter  today-12/30-my son's birthday. Receipt date Is 12/21. According to the info, adjudication is around the end of June? That means 2 more times at least to Barbados...Poor me LOL!  But, honestly, I cannot wait until he is here!!

We can relate on that, mailed the Dec 18th, notification on Dec 27th, not hand copy yet. When entered on the website, it says it is not found. Our start with WAC18XXXXXXXX. Fiscal year 2018. Maybe in Jan, 18 it start to show up?

That WAC18 does not mean the year. Mine starts the same way. Maybe they missed a step and did not enter yet?

Last update of the year for the average processing time of all cases received every considered day and approved within the next 197 days, as to 12/30/17.

 

Only one week has been added since the last graph, being these results, however, more accurate since more days have been considered to make the calculations.

 

Again, the tendency isn't looking good although it's also true that this isn't the best time of the year for USCIS to make good progress. We'll see what happens with the beginning of 2018!

Well, I guess I shouldn't say it doesn't mean the year because  everything will occur in 2018, but I can go on the website and get a message back regarding my I-129F. The message does not say much just that it was received and sent to California.

Got our NOA1 today! Entered our WAC# in USCIS App/Website but I believe that it takes a few days to input the data from USCIS system to app/website updates. At the moment it states our case # is not found, however im sure by the end of the week or beginning of next the messages/updates will start to update/change. Official countdown has begun peeps!

i know the feeling. it took me almost 6 months also to put the packet together.

 

my fiance who's in the us navy finished his deployment last july so he wanted to file a k1 fiance visa. i was working in indonesia and had to resign from my job  by the end of june because the us embassy said they don't process k1 fiance visas there despite me having my proper working visa and all. so i had to go back to my home country in the philippines. he was supposed to propose in april when we met in singapore while he was on deployment but the ring didn't arrive on the air carrier ship he works on in time. so he ended up coming to my home country to ask my parents for my hand in marriage and do the actual proposal with the ring last october. my fiance had to change duty stations so we had to do wait till end of november when he got his new address. so all those months i've been gathering some documents. i was planning to do the visa on my own until i decided to hire a visa agent to help. we finally filed it on dec 20 and we got our noa1 on dec. 27. i felt such a big relief as well. so now it's more of just the long wait.

Hey! Have you received NOA1 yet? I’m still waiting on mine to even reach the lockbox so I joined the January filers as well to stay up to date with both months.

me too! We mailed mine on the 27th but it only got delivered on the 2nd of January, and no NOA1 yet
