Yep. I’m guessing some early Junies are going to make POE in a couple weeks. We are at day 254 now without any update. There is a May filer on day 266 without any info. It is a strange time.

Hello everyone. I know we still have a long way to go before the embassy stage but I have a question: I lived for more than six months in the US studying, do I need to request police certificates for this even if it was the US?? (I would think that they can check my criminal record at the embassy but I could be wrong). Can you request them while living abroad and NO social security number?? (It was +8 years ago so the thought of requesting this makes me a bit nauseous ) .

hmm I just signed up for an account and my NOA1 is 12/1 but my file was last touched 12/07.  Maybe they touch them all once at the beginning of the month and then forget about them again for a while. Mine didn't get the 1/5 touch though. Oh the waiting is FOREVER already lol.

Because there are no online updates for anyone to put for days. So wait for these days' approvals to come in mail.

My NOA 1 was May 30th I am on day 261 😢 I got a RFE and it was sent in January 27th now I’m on day 20 waiting for a approval hopefully 🙏.  

The waiting is killing us.

I did hear that there are 3 May filers still waiting.  This truly does test our resolve.  I feel bad for wanting my NOA2 so badly while people like you and Trinab80 have waited longer.  Please get yours so I can truly start getting upset about my wait!

hi, where do you see if your file was touched? can i check mine as well?

you have to sign up for an account on the web site and add your case number in then when you sign in you should see a last status date
