I am also still waiting though you both have your NOA1 date at least 20 days ahead of me. I know one more person from India only - @Veer Pal of December still waiting for their approval too. That makes us at least 4 cases

But as per VJ stats  out of 397 cases of December,2017 - 162 cases still haven’t received their NOA2 and of my NOA1 date (December 26th) there are 26 cases out of which 17 cases are still pending to get NOA2.

I don’t know how accurate these stats are because  if people don’t update their timeline then these stats are wrong.

Were the same ..dont have noa2 but receive an email stating still reviewing and last took an action was july 19..8 days now of 45 days

I’m very sorry! I know my words mean nothing, it’s very heartbreaking to see people from December still waiting. 😢 I truly hope you get answers soon!!

no one word will make calm people who did not get approval still

For what it's worth, we had several November filers including myself wait over 8.2+ months for the NOA2, all of which have been approved if not most. So while it may not calm December filers, I can tell you that waiting long past the normal processing times due to "security checks" is something many of us did experience. Knowing I wasn't the only one waiting nor the person with the longest wait time (some have waited over 9-10 months, one person waited years) was a coping mechanism for me.

😀🤣😃🙃😊

:joy:

Just got my email to check my status on the site..

We just got approved.....

RFE 6/26 and returned it 7/20

RFE asked for and was hard to get Certified Police documents about my past from 30 years ago and then some..😕

I was really scared that my past could of interfered with the approval, even if I passed the test in the criminal portion of the I-129

Some stupid past mistakes that anyone could of done for shits and giggles stuff..🤪

(I even added a few fresh new pictures of my last visit 2/17-2/24, 4 pictures of me proposing to Jesicca in front of her family at a special location just before I left for the airport)(along with copy of my airline itinerary and copy of passport's new stamps)

So now we are approved and its time to prepare for the next step..

I hoping we’re getting our NOA2 next week . Thank God you passed this to many many days Odoginasia. I don’t understand I don’t have any criminal record lots of evidence yearly i was in the Philippines last December 2017 we have our daughter she’s American citizen. And also have our DNA test results to proven we’re strong relationships. Why it’s takes to long to approve. They give us 45days Adjudicated july 18 stated date .

Hi! Our RFE was 6/18 (did not get the RFE letter until 6/25), sent docs back 6/25, USCIS received 6/26, our NOA2 is 7/18. So it took about 3 weeks. Hope this helps!

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Once you receive your case number it's time to be in charge of what time you choose when things get down. To smooth that trail for your I have a few things that will help you process your visa there in the Philippines.

Start by visiting Hanks site where he has taken the time and research, and of course it helps if you spent 8 plus years helping folks in the Philippines sub-forum get their visas, where he has listed each step. With those steps he includes the what, when and why to completing the item. Many have used the website and have had little or NO problems securing a visa from USEM.

http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/k-1-visa-application.html

Next you'll want to connect with those who are processing through the Philippines in the VJ Philippines sub-forum that way you will be with like minded ppl who are sharing their experiences and also asking and answering questions. Since most in this thread are processing through another country they would be hard pressed to explain what is needed for the Philippines.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

You'll find this on Hank's website but I will give it to you early and that is the Packet 3 Letter for USEM. It's found here:

https://ph.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/the-interview/

Here is the Packet 3 letter.

There you have it. Everything you need to get your visa. Good luck and smooth sailing.

So start is case number..and this guideline

Is there a fast way to get the case number?  and what is average days of getting this number..

Thank you again..

Very good point and nicely said! We have our answer now, but this is a very good point and worded nicely. Thank you for writing this. I hope it is encouraging to others.
