Leave that blank. Do not check anything. If you like you can follow up with explanation in part 7.

I believe I checked NOT and then wrote N/A K1 visa next to it.

Check NOT and then write N/A K1 visa next to it as this form is geared more for the CR-1 and not the K-1.

Can someone please clarify question #38 page 4 of the I-134 Affidavit of Support? It asks if the sponsor intends to make “specific contributions” i.e. a specific amount of money over a specific time period or money for a specific item. In the case of a finance application there won’t be any “specific” contributions but rather any and all necessary financial contributions. In this case how should the question be answered?

Check NOT and then write N/A K1 visa next to it as this form is geared more for the CR-1.

Hi everyone. I also have a question. I received a RFE letter a few days ago. Now I want to send it back to USCIS. For those who had RFE did you guys sent it in the envelope USCIS put in the RFE letter? or you sent it thru a different envelope. I do not want to mess up anything since they are so particular.

Thank You.

I put ours in the envelope they sent, and then sent it via priority mail so I could track it. The post office just put that envelope inside the priority envelope with a clear window on front. It arrived 2 days later, and USCIS acknowledged receipt of it 2 days after that.

after sending a response on rfe for uscis, did they send you an automatic email (after 2 weeks), that your case is on reviewing still and that they have not made any decision yet? or have you just gotten a confirmation of your case?
