They have not approved a February case yet. Still be another week or so. There are 2 expedited cases that were approved a few months. But, nothing else since then...

also, without seeing a single approval the last couple of days. Don't be shocked a lot are silent noa2. Hoping that's the case for everyone here...

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

one day our mood will be equally joyful. I hope🙂

This wait is truly painful!! And sadly it doesn’t seem to end after this hurdle. 😒 but it’s true, at least you get to be together, in the wait!!!! It doesn’t make sense their system and I am truly sorry for your long wait!! Thinking of you and everyone else in December still waiting....and hoping it’s real soon you get an answer. I know that getting this answer, even though there is more waiting after...this answer for the 129f is a big relief because you have finally made it to the next step!! So we are all eagerly waiting with you!!! Supporting you and encouraging you all to keep waiting patiently!! Joy will come!!! It’s our hope for all of us in this process!!

Can someone please clarify question #38 page 4 of the I-134 Affidavit of Support? It asks if the sponsor intends to make “specific contributions” i.e. a specific amount of money over a specific time period or money for a specific item. In the case of a finance application there won’t be any “specific” contributions but rather any and all necessary financial contributions. In this case how should the question be answered?

Leave that blank. Do not check anything. If you like you can follow up with explanation in part 7.
