I'm slowly losing my mind with the waiting and getting paranoid, do any of you know if they only send out a RFE through mail or notify of it through text/email as well?

My fiance never received any text or notification. When I got my RFE, I found out through the new website and 5 days later he got the letter, but never a notice. If I wouldn't have checked the website, maybe he would've received the letter directly. Check the website, I know it works on and off but it works, maybe you get the letter without any update on the website but just to make sure. 

 

Hang in there!!!! Also, hope the RFE is an easy fix!!! Good luck dear ^_^

Did you hear back regarding your inquiry?  I just tried calling again today, and they're like auto generated machines repeating the same info over and over.  Please allow up to 30 days.. blah blah. Then tells me if I don't hear back by the 30 days on the inquiry, we get to RESUBMIT the inquiry. I'm exact same NOA1 date as you, and submitted my outside normal window inquiry on July 6th still awaiting reply.

I got an email saying within 45 days I will get an answer. Has been 6 days since then.

Am I right in thinking that USCIS haven’t updated the app where we do mini scans since July 10? 

 

I keep checking the case numbers around mine but there is nothing more recent than July 10. 

 

Has anyone got any idea if theyre updating any of their systems online?

The old site / scans no longer work at all. Only way to check is thru new site.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date. 

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1
