I'd love to see some pics of that! We have carnival too in the Netherlands. Well, really only the southern provinces where I live. It's nothing like yours though. Ours is about dressing up and getting drunk. We do have parades though. This is a picture of my town last year. (No, I'm not in it. I'm allergic to the hoompapa music they play...)

In Rio de Janeiro people dress up in costumes and party at the streets too (blocos), for a couple of days there is also a parade at night. I will go to the parade for the first time this carnival because my fiance (gringo) wants to go hehehe. I will take some pics of the crowds and post here.

Ps: I will dress him up as a bride for one of the blocos! 😂😂🤣

Thanks!!!! I hope the bad guys (robbers, drug dealers) give us some truce and people can have at least carnival in peace, Rio de Janeiro is soo dangerous these days. 🙌🏾🎉

Have fun you guys!!! Enjoy the Carnival!!!

Since middle of August is already been approved, that would mean the timeline dates can possibly change?

I hope so but there are so many people (in May, June and July) still waiting for their approval.

December filers might start get approved around May-June, maybe?

I just hope that the processing time is getting faster and faster so we all can get NOA2 in a few months. :D

Yeah we thought we would get approved as quick as it was. That's why we decided to apply for K1 visa:(

Winter time should be less cases for them to look at so it can possibly be sooner
