At least it is something easy to fix and hopefully you will get your approval very soon after. I am still waiting for mine in the mail, even though both sites new and old said "We received your case". I found out about RFE letter from USCIS tire 1. I hope he is right and I will get something in the mail by next week. Please if you don't mind just let us know how soon after your sent your RFE you got your approval.  Thank You and good luck with everything.

Hi, i am in need of help.   As i mentioned before, i received i RFE back on June 13th because i leave a check question blank, Have i ever been convicted of a crime?" The RFE i received had a page with the question and a place to mark Yes or No, i selected no and returned the RFE.   The new website updated my case today with a Denial, i am still shock, there is not really any reason for denial, my Fiance and I had long relationship in our teens, have been seen each other since 2016, i sent plenty of evidence as i travel to see her every 3-4 months.  I am a citizen, we both are divorced and divorce certificates were sent along with proof of citizenship.  Also, i called and when they machine ask me for my WAC, it told me that my I-30 petition was in Laguna California,  I-30?   Finally i got someone in the line and they told me that they been having lots of issues with the system and that it was down at that moment.    Whats going on?  I have not seen a denial in the entire time i been in here nor anywhere.    I am about to lose my mind, 22 years waiting for this moment since we got separated back in 1995, i do even know how i am going to tell her.     Hoping their system is screw up enough that it is a mistake.

I'm so sorry to hear that!  Does it say denied or intent to deny? Unfortunately I don't know much about this, hopefully someone else does.

It says your Application has been Denied!   I dont know much about it, thats why i am freaking out so much.    I

I’m so sorry!! I have chills reading this.....I have no experience with this. I hope someone does! I know my words mean nothing. I am truly sorry! I truly hope this is a mistake or can be cleared up fast

Day 218 and still nothing... submitted an inquery due to processing time...a case officer assigned.. this really blows... another weekend with higher anxiety..I really don't get it.. we have a simple case,  no previous marriage no criminal records planty of evidence and our case is not done...a decision not yet made is what we're told... feel like I'm going to loose my mind 😭

 

I know there are cases before ours that are still pending too.. but just frustrated to see January being approved and we are left behind like a dirty sock 😤😡🤬

I hope you hear something soon. This system they have isn’t very helpful to us. They should at least explain how they do things and why some cases take longer. I have heard that born in us citizen go through faster than non-born us citizen? I dunno much about how true that is but if that is the case, please mention that on your site so we can add another month to our timeline and let us sleep peacefully. 😢 mine is just as simple as yours.

Today I received migration answers where I am asked to attach more papers, especially a letter of evidence that arriving in the United States I am going to marry with my fiancé cam help me as I have to fill this letter with evidence that they ask for thanks

Back in June of 2017 a filer was denied for not disclosing a criminal record that was  expunged. They didn’t do this on purpose since it was expunged. Figured it was no a big deal. But, USCIS found it and instantly denied there petition. 

I nearly had the same issue. But, sent a amended petition. This was my lawyers fault as he was informed prior to use even spilling out the i129. Haven’t heard anything yet as my time is not up.

Are they asking for a letter of intent to marry once arrival in the USA?

 

if that’s the case type up a letter stating u intend to marry within 90 days of arrival in the USA. Sign and date it.

I think she got an RFE for not having the letter that the intend to marry blah blah blah.
