@TogoAfrica Oh wow many many many congratulations 😊😊😊

I really am very very happy for you.

Today you officially reached the date as per the website too.

Congratulations once again!!!

I know you were eagerly awaiting your NOA2.

Thank you so much!!! We all keep hoping and enduring through this in different ways.....I’m truly grateful for visajourney because it has helped me learn so much about this process. And the encouragement from others dealing with the same agonizing wait is so helpful becaause “we” are the ones who knows what it feels like to be courting over telephone calls, emails, texts, occasional visits....to want to be with our loved ones so bad...but knowing some times it’s not possible. So soemetimes we go a little “crazy” as we eagerly wait. Thank you everyone for the help during this long process. We may all have our moments where we rant, but here it’s ok to do it in the company of others dealing with the same thing. I hope this very hard wait finishes for all of us soon....so we can be together with the ones we love and wait together through the rest of it. 💕😘

Just got a phone call from USCIS my heart jumped to the roof. Apparently they conducted a survey :D they wanted to know how was my experience with USCIS customer service. :( got excited for nothing. From the other side it is good that they do that maybe this would help others in future.

Ohhhhh you poor thing!!!!! I am so sorry for this roller coaster ride!!! I’m here supporting you and cheering you on.....i will jump for joy when you receive your acceptance as I did for our own acceptance!! 💕💕💕🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I woke up to a text from USCIS, my heart also jump! Apparently I checked the No Activity Notification option and the text was to notify me just that!  I turn it off, I don't need that kind of disappointment in the morning!

Talking about disappointment,  the 20th is going to be a month since they received my RFE...6/20/18 ..My Timeline says between July 19-July 23rd since usually CSC takes approximately 30 days to process RFE's.  I know there are people more desperate than me, that have not received any response back yet, all the same, I feel like the wait is starting to weight on me, cant barely sleep, thinking, tomorrow is the day!  I am trying to keep busy, but is so hard to do so when you only have one thing in your mind at all times.   Anyway, best of luck to all December filers still waiting, hoping at least today is a good day for a lot of people.

What was your request for rfe? if it is not a secret. probably the processing time depends on the amount of information they requested

Missed checkbox about criminal records, received a simple paper in my RFE asking to mark Yes or No, I check No and return to them as per instructions.  It was very simple.   Does anyone knows how they process RFE's?   Does the officer that has my case has to go back to it?  Or do they have a time when they review and update the RFE's?

as far as I know they get the answer and start to further processing. it takes from 14 to 60 days. we also received a rfe, and already sent the answer. on the new site we were given the status that our documents are not on hold any more. and  they proceed to further processing. but I think this is the standard answer for all applicants

That's the same status I have since the RFE was received.  I was asking about the process involved since I seen a couple of posts where the RFE was sent late June and it has been reviewed and approved already.  I am so glad fiancé is being understanding about it, desperate but understanding!   Thanks for the information.  I love this place, I would be Certified crazy by now if not for VJ.....^_^
