Dec 27th filler! NOA2 was in the mail this morning ^_^^_^!! It was actually approved on the 10th ahah maybe I should check the mail more.

 

Best of luck to all my mates who haven't got theirs yet.

They received our response to said RFE the June 29th, or so the old site says (we never created an account on the new site)

We received our RFE on June 21st

Our RFE was about my fiancee's police record and my marital status, two i believe circle/check box questions 🤣🤣

Also it never updated to Approved on the old site, my fiancee just received the copy this Saturday

Wow, mine was just a box I missed, very simple thing, well, I guess I am happy at least the are approving the RFE from last month.   Congratulations again.

well allot of jannies got their approvals over the weekend as the new website is updated. but last i heard they were 7/11 and 7/13 approvals. nothing as of today yet.

  • Filed for I-129F - December 22, 2017
  • Rec'd NOA1(Text/Email) - January 2, 2018 :D
  • Rec'd Hard Copy NOA1 (Letter) - Jan. 3, 2018 (letter dated Dec. 29, 2017)
  • Rec'd RFE notice (email 7/24/18) - Pending hard copy letter :whistle:

  • Completed New Medical Exam - October 4, 2019 - Dropped off at Aramex 😀
  • Aramex Confirmation of Delivery to Embassy for Medical - Oct. 7th, 2019
  • CEAC Update #13 - Non-Immigrant Administrative Processing - Oct. 09, 2019
  • VISA ISSUED! October 11, 2019 (last CEAC update!) 😱 FINALLLYYYYY!!!!
  • Arrived to the US! Oct. 24, 2019
  • Married Dec. 07, 2019 😍

  • Rec'd I-797C Notice - Interview on 10/13/2020

Hey, 


I am January 4th and I called USCIS today. They said I was approved on the phone with my NOA2 today, there were no updates on any of sites or emails.

I only talked to the tier one person, maybe it won't hurt to call as well. Good luck everyone.

You are over 210 days so you can request an inquiry on why because you are now past average processing times. Good luck!

they are still working on them, either they haven't touched your case or currently on someone's desk collecting dust like the rest of us :(

Work day is only half over in California....hmmmm 😭 truly discouraging, but trying to keep patient and trust the system...knowing our turn will come. But really wishing it was now 😭!!!! 208 days waiting

It's very discouraging seeing people ahead of you get approved but we just need to think positive and pray big!! We are almost there guys, hang in there!(L)
