Hang in there guys!!! It's so hard to stay positive with this situation, but yours is coming!! I'm sure tomorrow will be a good day, and if not, another week will come with good news. If you haven't, try to call every day to USCIS because maybe your approval is silent and you receive the good news when you call! Don't rely too much on the websites because they're on it on and off all the time, who knows why they do that  and check on the mail!! Maybe you get a surprise letter!

I know that my words don't mean anything because the situation is so hurtful, but believe me when I say we're all praying for you guys! None of you is gonna be left behind! We're all in this together ^_^(L)

Since we have similar situation let me explain exactly how we got the information from USCIS:

My fiancee (petitioner) called to get an update on 7/11. They told him since it's past 7 months they will submit an inquiry to get an update on the case asap. He also asked then to get him to a 2nd level Officer and they said ok and put him through. The phone system made him wait for 100mins for a call back. They finally called back after about 120mins and the 2nd level officer told him the case was approved on 7/10...I guess there is no need to wait for the inquiry update as the 1st level agent didn't have access to the same information as the second level officer who called back.

If you havent done so already, you might want to try this.

Cheers,

Hannah

Thanks for the info! I'm going to wait it out until Monday, hoping the NOA2 is in the mail and I get it either today or tomorrow :) We shall see! I'll give them a call Monday as you suggested if it doesn't arrive by then.

Hi guys!!

I Have been following this since they were working on June 2017 filers. This is my first time posting! I can say it felt like I went through each one of your pains and excitements since June. When someone got an rfe I would be upset when someone got an approval I would be excited! Anyways once December started and we didn’t get approved in the month of June I was really upset and things weren’t so hopeful anymore.

I know the past two days have been quite so here’s some hope.

Noa1 old site: December 8,2017

Noa2 new site: December 13

RFE: June 21

uscis received RFE response : June 29

I called this morning for the first time tier 1 girl said we’re still pending and we should hear back any day now they are really close to our case she had no idea we had already gotten an RFE 3 weeks ago!

I Made my fiancé call tier 2 an hour ago and the girl said we got approved TODAY and they sent out the letter we should get it in the mail in a few days!!!

Thank you guys for all your updates I can’t say it kept me sane cause I had ALOT of down days after June started but hey that stress is over! Hang in there!

That's nice to hear, I received my RFE June 17, USCIS received RFE June 20th and still waiting.  I called this Monday and a I was told to wait 60 days before calling to inquire about my case, should I be calling and asking for a Tier 2 everyday?  It looks like Tier 1 really does not know what's going on based on experiences of calling them.

Honestly tier 1 sees the same information we do so there’s no point in calling them. I made my fiancé go to the lost my WAC number option and play along there and she said we were approved yesterday also he called at like 5pm their time and was on the phone less then 10 mins no holds.

Thanks, will go that route later today.  Nothing to lose, and the wait its killing me at this time.  This process is like a daily disappointment game, always telling ourselves, maybe tomorrow, and of course, frustration when nothing happens.   I feel better knowing that they reviewed and approved your RFE recently, it gives me hope!

Do not worry. Ours is even more weird:

08 dec -old site

RFE-14 june

Response received status on 20 june WITH NO reason

RFE response sent -25 june

RFE response actually received on 29 june

so they said 20 june status change to “Received” was system error and that they will note that actual response receipt date is 29 june. This is SO ODD lol😂.

So as a result still waiting.

My fiance tried to call and just gets general answer “Within 60 days will be processed bla bla bla”.

:)

I won’t lie to you and say oooo hang in there I know it sucks!!! Trust me lm still so nervous this wait game was so bad I don’t believe it till I see the hard copy! Hopefully on Monday. Both old and new have no updates for me and never have it just says received. But this week I finally see some Rfes being approved. Cause last week I didn’t see much.

I feel the same. Yesterday I called USCIS and insisted to talk to tier 2, but tier 1 did not allowed me to. She asked some info before she would transfer me and than she was like "We are processing June 14 now so I see you are still in pending, and still have time ". There is no point in calling them they are absolutely helpless. Every day is getting more frustrating. December month is very odd and all over the place. They do some updates on new app, than old app, than nothing and than you wait a miracle in your mail box. It's like a nerve-racking game.

That's is really weird.  We are actually on the same boat.

NOA 1 Dec 8th  Old Site

RFE June 13th  Hard Copy arrived June 17th

RFE USCIS Received June 20th  (USPS confirmed delivery)

Nothing else from there on, keep telling myself, I am not looking at the Old/New site every day but cant help it, I keep doing it daily.   Hopefully, it will be anytime now.  Get the same asnswer when I try to call......“Within 60 days will be processed bla bla bla”.

205 days waiting....December 20 filer....no answer still, not even a RFE. 😩 trying to trust the system but looking at November filers and seeing some still waiting there with no answer, we are fearing. Will we be one of them. 😭 Truly hopes this week we would see the flood gates of approvals or at least RFE....but....hmmmm seems this week has been very quiet!!!! Not much happening. Well it’s another work day...just hoping maybe someone gets news today!! There must be others like us with no answer yet? The frustration of the web sights not working is beyond nerve racking. The desire to call every minute, is strong....but refraining and calling Monday or Tuesday as was advised by others. Still not out of the processing time until Wednesday....our official 7 months waiting. Then I guess we can file for not getting an answer and they investigate why? Well no idea...just frustrating. But it’s how it is suppose to be...so we wait patiently. Only thing keeping me sane is I’m heading to Togo in August to wait it out the rest of the time with him. Hmmm may be longer then we expected. And this will cause complications...but that’s how this goes. Can’t hurry the government and it’s unpredictable. Just have to be patient 😜 ohhh I hate that word, but definitely learning how to be with this process. It’s worth it in the end 💕 and will be a distant memory when it’s all over!!!! But will always make us stronger!!!

I think we all still waiting are feeling the same pain.  Frustrated doesn't really describes what we are going through.
