Here's an update of the average processing time of all cases received every considered day and approved within the next 182 days, as to 12/08/17.

 

Since the average time has been so high from mid-May up to June and (for now) only 182 days can be considered (from 06/09 to 12/08), you can expect slightly higher times in this period.

 

I'll try to update in 7-10 days to see how it is evolving but, as you can already see, the tendency doesn't look very good. Sorry guys.

Hello All! 

 

I mailed my I-129F on 12/15.  I checked USPS and it's in Dallas, but not yet to the lockbox. I'm so nervous!!! I feel like I do when I go through airport security LOL!!  I pray my application is accepted and  I hope everyone else's is accepted too

I sent the application in on December 7th I overnight it via Fedex. Still waiting on a response. Cant believe its taking 180+ days. my fiance cousin told me his application only took 3 months

Both the text and email were from USCIS

I sent mine overnight on Dec 6 and received text and email on Dec 13. Has your check cleared?

Yes i finally received a letter today saying the money order was processed.

We sent our package on 12/12 via FedEx and got to USCIS on 15/12. We're still waiting for NOA1.
