I know how you feel, but hang in there. It's totally normal for them to 'leave you behind' at first. Once they start January they will go back and clean out a lot of December before moving on. Our time will be soon!

Thank you for your words of hope! I don’t like being “left behind” but well....patient 😛 I hate that word too. Hehehehe

Hello everyone! I’m happy to see approvals, for the people who still wait courage good news coming🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

We get approved on June 28 and we wait for NVC letter. I have a question, before we fill out the k-1 visa, In December 2016, i was going to the USA for spent my birthday and Christmas with my fiance. But they took me in their office ask me questions, watch my phone. They had suspicious of me working, and also I had only one ticket for go( i know, big mistake!)  they put me in detention for 24h after they send me back to France. And ask me to come back with another visa because I can’t use anymore ESTA( tourism visa) . It’s was very hard. Our only option was to see each other’s in others countries and in France. We applied for a k1 visa 1 year after this incident.  It’s been 1 year and 7 months that I didn’t go to the US. So we get approved, but I’m just scared of something. For the interview I’m scared the be denied because this incident...

Any device ?

Thank you🙏🏼

Everything is predicated on your background checks, if anything was added to your record from this altercation with Immigration on your 2016 trip and what you say at the interview and how that is interrupted by the interviewing CO. NO ONE can tell you what your future holds. Having said that, I want to advise you to tell the truth, be confident in your answers, your answers should be short and to the point without rambling. Rambling will get you in trouble every time as it gives the CO more information in which to draw more information from you. You need to spend time thinking what your answer will be to the CO's questions when you are asked during your interview. Better to think about the answer now instead of in from of the CO with no preparation. They are going to ask you why you bought only a one way ticket to the States. They are going to ask why you planned this visit. There will be more.

The fact you were visiting your fiancé(e) in 2016 and subsequently when you lost your ESTA visa the two of you found ways of continuing your love for each other by visiting each other in your country and other locations can be a positive as it shows the commitment to each other.

One last item DON'T volunteer information; wait for the questions and answer only those.

His date on the old website is a December date, so he will show up in our scans as being a December filer since driven scans the old database.

Don't worry, they will start Januari soon enough!

Driven you are wonderful. I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate your effort. I'm sop glad the database is up and running again. It somehow alleviates my anxiety.

Today we hit the dreaded 200

Old web site is the same as hard copy noa1. But if u reach the magical 7months 210 days u must wait till 215th day to call uscis. If u don't they will tell u to call when ur out of normal processing time.

https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ NEW SITE

https://www.house.gov/representatives US Congressmen

https://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm US Senators

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1
