Hey everyone!

Have been a longtime lurker here, and been reading all of the posts you all have been writing. Now I figured it was my time to contribute since we've been approved!

 

NOA1: 12/20

NOA2: 07/03

 

USCIS didn't update their website until this morning. However my fiancé did call USCIS yesterday where they told him we were approved!

I really hope everyone else gets approved soon. Perhaps you're already approved and they've just been too lazy to update the website yet?? I hope the best for you! Thanks everyone for being so helpful.

 

I was wondering if anyone has seen a post/forum for NOA2 July ---> NVC? I haven't been able to find one myself.

Thank you love!! I read that you're still waiting, don't worry I know how hard it is.. I used to check the new website every day, I stopped for a week and it was there!! So when you least expect it, yours will come. Hang in there dear, you can do this!!!

Yes we got rfe n sent documents back and approved 10 days after they received information

Thank you!! One question though, in the website said that we got a RFE on July 5th but I remember I checked that day and it still said "received" and my fiance didn't receive it in the mail yet.  is that normal?

Yes. Or at least it has been happening recently. People getting updated on the new website only. No email, no text, no old website. Our approval didn't show up until as approved July 3rd, even though the website said it was on Jun 29th.

I got approved without RFE so I can't be sure,  but I know it is normal, you will get the letter soon. I read some similar cases before and they all got approved. Can't wait to hear good news from you. Good luck.
