When writing a new updated letter of intent to marry for the embassy can someone please tell me how to address the letter.  The original one was to USCIS.  Who does this one get addressed to?  Thanks!

Address it your Embassy and the "Dear" is "To Whom it May Concern".

I wonder what the heck they are really doing and how they are keeping track if they aren't updating anything. Plus it makes me annoyed because they MUST know how anxious this makes everyone especially when they provide a way for people to check their status and then dont keep it accurate.

Accuracy is in the eye of the beholder. What looks screwed up to you, is not necessarily how USCIS or NVC sees the process. There are many ways to track the progress of your case without calling every day and there are some who call 4 plus times a day. Oy Vey.

I personally am not having a problem.  My case seems to be moving along as expected.  Waiting for NOA2 was very nerve racking but fortunately I made it without having to call USCIS and also had the comfort of the scans that were posted.  I just feel for everyone going though it now.

been gone for a few days because I'm so anxious that it's so bad for my health! lol. My fiance and I called a few times to USCIS and they keep saying the same thing: wait until July 14th so we can fill an online form. So... waiting :( I don't know why they started to do this on December, we have zero luck. But congratulations to everyone already approved, and good luck to those who are still waiting like us!!!

Whats your actual recieved date?

I'm in the same boat as you lady and I'm sorry you're feeling this way.  The last few days my anxiety has been really high and I know that its because of this uncertainty.  I'm trying to stay calm but there is nothing that helps me, I'm a wreck!  It seems like we will be waiting for next week.  Trying to stay positive over here even though its hard, our day will come  :)

On the new site my received date is Dec 14.  I called USCIS a few days ago and they advised me the same as you, to call back after the 14th.

We have the same date! I'm December 14 on the new website too! So it makes sense they told us to wait until July 14th

I feel you dear, I literally had to stop checking because my anxiety was uncontrollable. My fiance called like 3 times already and they keep saying the same thing, so we'll have to wait, no choice.

But I'm happy you're trying to stay positive, I am too (trying lol) :D - hopefully we get some news soon, I'll keep you updated on how it goes, please feel free to do the same, I want you to get yours!!

Hang in there love, we'll get there! ^_^

I'm planning on putting the address of the embassy where the interview will be held for the updated one since my fiancé will be taking it along with our other documents to the interview.

Gotta keep having the faith! Bet the USCIS will be back to slay December next week hard before they start touching January soon.

For what’s a few more days or weeks especially seeing as we have patiently waited to this point. I kind of view it as a marathon rather than a sprint! All will be worth it in the end, which will become a distant memory in a few years ❤️

I can't upvote this enough!
Yes yes yes

You all are so close
Think about it- the long wait for NOA2 is certainly behind you. No matter what, it's closer than you think
Take care of yourselves and always remember why u entered this crazyyyyyyyy journey to begin with

They are only on December 20 filers according to Visa Journey data. Their official date of current processing is December 8.  I'm pretty sure everyone is going by their date received so you would be December 20. I think a couple of early 20s dates have seen some movement but not a great deal. We are Dec 26 filers and we have seen nothing so far. It much harder to judge now that the scans can't be done.

Thank for your response....sadly it’s a torturous waiting game 😩 we are all eager for answers sooner rather then later.
