NVC received our paperwork today!!!!!! I called and the guy started to ask my beneficiary information then stopped himself.  It has not been entered into the system yet.  Hopefully they will have a case number for me by tomorrow!!!!!

They received my RFE June 20th and I have not received a response yet.  Status is, "We have received your request for more evidence and you case is no longer on hold"  15 days today and trying not to go crazy waiting for it.  Hang in there, at least they are working on our applications.

I also got an RFE, received by USCIS on June 26. No response yet and the website hasn't even updated from the original "we have received your case" status. Tried to call and they would not even tell me if they had gotten my RFE response...might try to call again and talk with someone else. Let me know when you get your response and hopefully mine will be shortly after!

PTL!! I saw that I was to receive a USCIS letter today and then logged on this morning and saw this!!! 

 

 

The website didn't update until today but was approved Monday. My NOA1 was 12/18.

 

I am mixed with emotions because I know there are so so many of you that filed before me and are anxiously awaiting notification too. Please be strong during this time. In the end you will be with the one you love and happier than ever. It WILL happen!

It's already December 7 on the site, it's 100 degrees right now.

 

I'm getting annoyed already.

 

Every time I log into the new site, I think it's going to say approved but then there's nothing.

 

There's tomorrow for the week and hopefully we get approved.

 

I don't want to wait until Monday.

So the new site said my NOA2 was July 2nd, but I just got it in the mail and it says 6/29.  Should I change my timeline to the 29th?

did u try to call USCIS? i think they barent updating even the new website.. you'll just receive your hard copy noa2

I called a few days ago when it said December 5 and they told me to wait a month

Received date was 12/1, notice date 12/6.
