Yup! Approved here.

 

Apparently we have been approved on Jun 29th, 2018. But it didn't show up as approved yesterday the last time we checked. No email notification. We just checked on the new website and it was approved. Check the new website.

 

NOA1 (old): Dec 20, 2017

NOA1 (new): Dec 26, 2017

 

NOA2: Jun 29th, 2018 (191 Days)

 

Updating timeline.

 

Just a little bit of patience guys. You will all definitely get your NOA2.

After getting notified and receiving your NOA2 send an email to NVC asking for them to email both you and your fiancé if any updates occur. In the past they have replied when your case was received from USCIS, another when your case number has been assigned and when your case is being sent out to your Embassy without you having to make any further queries by phone. Here is where you send this information to:

 

Email address: NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

Subject: Your receipt #

Body: Petitioner's Complete Name Birthday ; Beneficiary's Complete Name Birthday

Theoretically yes...   But being that the phone apps use the same data source at the "old" website, it is likely these apps are now useless.    

 

To enquire about the status of your personal WAC number, only the "new" website is usable.

Unfortunately, due to the two phase authentication method being used for the new site (using both a login/password and a per request unique password sent by email and/or SMS) , it is extremely unlikely that the apps can be updated to utilize the "new" website as a source of their data.

Use the "new" USCIS website to query about the status of your petition.   All evidence suggest that the "old" website (and thus all of the Phone Apps) is no longer receiving any updates.

Hello. we have waited for our approval  for more than 200 days. yesterday my fiancé phoned to uscis and they told him that five days ago they sent us a letter with the rfe. after such a long wait it was very painful, but like many couples we will experience it.

guys, who have recently received a rfe? how long does it take until they approve it after sending answer to the rfe?

some people wrote that they waited 60 days, some got approved right away. But I do not know how much this information is correct now

I will be grateful to any information. I wish everyone speedy approval!

Hey guys,

 

I took a little VisaJourney break as it was actually recommended by my therapist -  I couldn't move us closer to being together by staring at graphs and statistics, which was giving me too much anxiety... And I made a promise  to come back here on our "6 months NOA1 anniversary" and see how are you guys holding up? Any news, any updates? It seems like the old website is no longer working so we have literally no graphs I could be staring at for days?
