Hi everyone!

New here and received my NOA1 on Dec 13.

It has been 197 days and still nothing, little worried but seeing approvals for other December filers I feel a little good and hopefully everyone will get there approvals soon!

Hi @Veer Pal

All the best to you !! It will come soon !!

Approvals are ranging a lot here and you are still withing the time frame. I am from India too.

Just FYI - you have written your consulate as New Delhi but  Delhi has stopped processing K1 visas. Your's will be processed from Mumbai like all of us. My NOA1 is Dec 26th (old) and Dec 29th (new website)

Again, hope you get it soon !!

Oh I know the feeling, it's just awful!!! But I'm really sure ours will come soon, hang in there dear! it becomes really hard but we have to be positive! ^_^

Is it possible to scan the new site instead?  I am assuming it is now or someone would of probably already suggested this or you would have done it, but I am just checking.  Thanks.

Not very practically. The new site requires a one-time password for every log in, and I think it locks users out if they make too many requests per day. Automating that would be fairly tricky at best.

Anybody out there gotten a response back after getting an RFE? We got one and I responded earlier this week (overnighted it). My online case status has never updated since the NOA1 so I called USCIS and they weren't very helpful. I just wanted to check that they had received the form I sent back and the lady just kept repeating that I should just call back after 60 days...I wasn't looking for an approval just a confirmation. :(

My cousin had an RFE a few months ago and it took a little less than a month for a reply and no update on website after.

hey guys !!

Does anyone know, if there is a pattern on the petitions that get approved first when they go through the month ?

for example the area the beneficiaries are from, the fact they never been married, no kids etc etc
