For whatever it's worth, I don't see a signature either, and neither does my fiance.

I only see signatures when I am looking at the full desktop site. Signatures do not show when on my mobile device.

Sadly xdrivenx people who use android can’t see it. Only reason I know is cus I have both droid and iPad.

I did did same thing and put it in my signature line to hopefully stop all the “new and old site” request.

Hi guys, we were approved today. I hate the old website and the apps before because i couldn't check my case on there, I just could use new site.  but my fiancee is loyal to the old site although it kept showing error, but his try is paid off, the old site changed our status, not yet the new site. Lol I can't believe. Good luck to you guys, hang in there, the wait will be worth it.

No matter what you post, there is always someone who doesn't read the thread and only is interested in the answer "now". Not willing to put in the effort. If I had a frustration, here on VJ, that would be number one. I feel your pain :D

Ok.... now you got me started. Second is "oh I have a IM Lawyer" but thanks for the answer. And then 4 or 5 posts forward and they are asking how to do something or where to find the information for.... Once you throw that you have a IM Lawyer in my face, then all bets are off. How true you are. It's hard I know that, especially this is sometimes the first dance ever with the Governments of both partners. But the one thing, of many things, that I have realize is until applicant couple gets through this first phase all they know is how stressful it is. But, the let down is at the interview when after only 5 min in front of the CO and three questions later you hear "your approved". Relief doesn't set in, only "I did all this for just 5 min in front of you". Some say to themselves "hey come back here we're not done". You need to ask me more questions!  Or others who walk away with "glass eyes" just staring into space.

What I wish everyone would understand is they have to trust the process. It's not going to come on their terms. He who has the gold makes the rules. So set back and let the process proceed.

Anywhooo. Have a good day.

Couldn't agree more with ya. I have a lawyer but he's a moron. I have found more out from here then he will ever inform me of. I have even told him things he wasn't aware of.. pretty much a waste of $2000 for him to just use a program to fill out our paper work.

Oh well. At least I have multiple angles to review before I choose to throw a question out.

Cant tell ya how many times I wanted to b a smart ### and leave a response to some questions. But I bite my tongue and let it go...:jest:

Hi Everyone,

I am a bit in the dark here and have to make a very important decision.

Is it wise to resign at the end of June even though not having a case number from NVC?

Is it risky to resign before the interview?

In my case they have to advertise my position and appoint someone before I leave so I have to give notice end of June.

I also have to take some of my leave for the notice period as they do not pay out our leave so it means that I will be done working on 6th July. I am not sure how long NVC will take and if I will get a interview before end July.

Any advice?

I'd say it be safe to say u have a couple months before u would be leaving. Remember once visa is issued u have 6 months to use it. Unless ur in a rush to get to ur fiancé, I'd just hold off till u have ur interview date at bare minimal.
