Yeah, historically there has been about 30% of updates that don't show up on the "old" website... but I think it's increasing these days.

When I know case numbers, I update it accordingly in my scans, but it would be too time consuming to ask everyone their case numbers, so they end up just staying in 'Received' status most of the time.

this might be a stupid question but since I just recently discovered this forum and it has been greatly beneficial for me,  how do you guys do these scans you are talking about? I feel like I'm turning into a cyber stalker checking new site,  old site,  app every hour lol

The scans we post use data only from the old site.... as you can see, anyone can put in a case number and search for it and read the results. All our scans (and those phone apps do) is simply put in every case number one at at time and log the result.

I then do some stuff in Excel to make it look pretty.

The old site is usually updated throughuot the date as they perform their work, while the new site is updated once a day, early the next morning. Also, we've learned that some cases are not updated in one, or both of the systems.... it's a bit frustrating, which is why I generally recommend checking both. Once a day in the late evening should be enough :)

I try to wait until after 6pm Pacific Time to run the scans as USCIS is done working by then, but it varies depending on my schedule that day.
