Hey @x_driven_x I forgot to put this in my earlier post but my approval only came thru the new web site.  I still show up as received on the scan and the old site.  Just an FYI for when you and the other wonderful people continue work on your counts.

Thanks,

Moon

Hi December filers. I’ve been a silent reader throughout these 6.5 months & was anxiously awaiting to someday post that we were approved and finally we did! 🙌🏽

Received date: 12/04/2017

Notice date: 06/14/2018

I didn’t get any notification via email nor text. I had called earlier this morning for an update, checked the old site, the app and did a mini scan but they all just said ‘received’. I went to check my PO box with the expectation that nothing would be there since all the online platforms indicted it and tah-daaaah. Silent approval. So don’t lose hope, go check your mailbox just for the heck of it :) Approvals will be raining for you all 🤞🏽

Also, perhaps it was posted on here already and I missed it.. but do you guys have another discussion started of what’s after NOA2 approval? Specifically the Ciudad Juárez embassy. If so, just let me know and I’ll look for it. Mil gracias!

Felicitaciones!!! Enjoy the news ;) Also for the last part - there's a group here in VJ called June NOA2 which is for all the people who got approved on June, so you can join and discuss the next steps for the medical, interview, etc. Hope it helps ^_^

Found it thank you so much! 🙃

Also I noticed something strange on my NOA2. The directions say “ the above petition  has been approved and forwarded to the listed consulate” however there’s no listed consulate on here. Is anyone else’s approval like this or does it state exactly which consulate it will be forwarded it to?

I’m doing a scan for the 7th around my case number and there’s nothing. At least if I see an approval I would know there’s hope

I've been doing scans around my case number (NOA1 Dec 14). It looks like everything only updated this morning and not throughout the day. So I don't know if they put it in the system and have it refreshed the next morning? Have you checked the new site? I think that only gets updated once a day. They could just not be updating on the old site for your date.

You're welcome dear!!

Mmm, don't think I know exactly because I haven't received mine yet, but I assume each country has a certain and unique embassy and consulate already determined, so that means you can search for the forum of your country in Visa journey to see where and which is the one it will be forwarded to. But again, maybe I'm wrong.

Sorry if I'm not being so helpful :(

Yeah, historically there has been about 30% of updates that don't show up on the "old" website... but I think it's increasing these days.

When I know case numbers, I update it accordingly in my scans, but it would be too time consuming to ask everyone their case numbers, so they end up just staying in 'Received' status most of the time.
