We'll get there love. It's eating away at me too a the moment. These last weeks are hard. But we've come this far, approvals are just around the corner. We can do this.

The last weeks are more critical because its on a day by day bases for us lol. In the begin it was month by month then week by week not its any day now. the suspense is killing me

The letter of intent does not need to be notarized but if you did, there is no harm and will not effect your application either way. Keep sailing forward.

Just did a 1/2 scan through 12/15.

 

51 Approvals so far today, No RFEs.

 

Will do a full scan and normal post tonight!

For those who have been approved, how many days later did you receive a notice in the snail mail? I don’t get emails or texts from USCIS either because I don’t think we signed up for them in the initial application and website has never worked.

That's amazing.  I hope all who are anxiously waiting get good news today!!!!! That really is a big day for USCIS.  We all needed this boost in morale. Praying for those waiting

You're probably thinking about "informed delivery" with the USPS. If you are the US citizen, you can go to their website and sign up. USPS will then email you a scan of your incoming mail each day. That way, if you can't check your mail box, you'll know what's arriving soon. It's a good way to keep tabs on when you may be getting mail regarding your visa application.

Long time lurker here. We were approved this morning. 

NOA1: 12/4 old site, 12/7 new site 

 

So far I’m only seeing the old site with the latest update, no movement on the new site as of yet and no physical letter from USCIS. I will go ahead and update my timeline. Congratulations to those who are approved and stay strong for those who are yet to be approved. It was definitely a rough path or us and I definitely feel the pain, but the wait will soon to end. Keep your heads up guys, I’ll be praying for all of you.

December 4th filers, approved today, we received an email and case was updated on app, casetracker and old website but not on the new yet. So happy!

Informed Delivery is a United States Postal Service service that will send you pictures in your email of all the mail you will receive that day (except what we call junk mail).

As the name suggests, it Informs you about what is going to be Delivered to your mailbox, that day.

 

I like it because I knew before even getting out of bed my NOA2 would be inside my mailbox later that day.

 

It has nothing to do with anything you SENT in.

thank God we were approved! yey! received email from uscis then logged in on new site. still case received in old site and case tracker! im the beneficiary and my petitioner didn’t receive email from uscis but we also checked the new site with his own email and yes! case approved!

new site- dec 6 received date
