I never heard anybody having it notarized. Just make sure you both sign a statement

I feel you dear. My only fear is getting left behind, but it's normal. Nobody wants to feel that way :( but I'm glad I'm not the only one. We need to hang in there!!

Ohh okay thanks..hmm its lawyer advice to have it notarized. They just required a statement for beneficiary only.

-Beneficiary's Intent to marry may be in a statement, wedding preparations or other evidence that clearly stablishes her intent to marry within 90 days.

I believe the intent to marry statement should be notarized. At least this is what our attorney has advised us to do. Good luck and God Bless!

It doesn't have to be notarized, this is a simple form that only have 2 requirements, 1 is your intent to marry the other is within 90 days.

Both the beneficiary and petitioner has to provide a intent to marry letter. Again keep it simple, you don't need any extra details or notarized documents with this letter. Please remember to sign it as well.

Sample:

Name

address

phone number

Date

Dear Sir or Madam:

I, _______________________, do hereby state that i am leaglly able and willing to marry _____________________, and intent to do so within 90 days of his/her arrival into the U.S.
