I'm not sure what you mean, but I'm just hoping that checking around four times in a day isn't too much! I've been a once-a-day checker before now, but my godlike patience has run out and I'm surrendering! ;)

Call once a day and either do it first thing in the morning or later in the evening. Both times are slow and updates for the days work should be posted by either time.

By now I would have been tired of chasing my tail. Trust the process. Get the phone app and it will buzz you when there is a change to your case. I used through out all of our process to include Visa, AOS and ROC. Never felt I needed to be on the phone or checking a website. I have much better things to be doing with my time. Just my opinion. You know, in the end you are going to stand in front of the CO who is going to adjudicate your case and it will last no more than 5 min and your going to walk out and say to yourself all the fussing and nail biting and screaming and stamping my feet for THAT. The answer is YES. The links to the apps are below in my signature box. Now take a deep breath.

December Full Scan 6/15   9:45pm CST

USCIS didn't get much done today unfortunately. Sometimes this means in the days after they do a ton, so who knows.

It's possible they had some internal system things going on that didn't get the updates in....

Only 13 updates today, no new approvals.

Try to enjoy your weekend, and I'm sure they'll do better next week!

@vaksurik I’m also a beneficiary, I don’t think that my part is done, it’s actually about to start once we got our case number. Hopefully after 2 weeks we can get our case number so I can start the ball rolling on my side which is to pay for the visa fee, schedule the interview and go to medical (plus CFO seminar, it’s a requirement here in our country). The remaining part of the K1 visa process will depend on how I plan and take care the things (completion of documents etc) on my side.

Absolutely correct. My post was missing one little word: "not." I am NOT the beneficiary.  My other half has a lot of work ahead of him!!!

Hello. I am new to this website and have submitted a K-1 visa application. Is this chart for all types of visas or just specifically the K-1? Thanks for your time.
