I feel you, its been 190 days for me and nothing :(. I started to feel depressed every time I check the case tracker apps , old and new website. So I decided to delete the apps and not religiously check on both websites, then just go on with my life and try not to think about it. It will come if it will.. Hopefully. In God's great will.

Your 2 dayS before me 10 moRe till 200 this is getting DEPRESSING! MY GOD SIGH!!!

Often time people put a date other than the received date as their date on VJ, or they put the date they received the copy in the mail, or they put the date from the new website... etc... but also, often the "old" system doesn't update anyway, so who knows what it could be without knowing the case number.

I have a full list of known cases from the month, and scan the "old" website nightly for updates... that's about all I know really :)

NOA1 date is 12/15

on new site it shows Submitted date: 12/08

on old site it shows received date as 12/06

the new site n the app has beenupdated..... the old site still shows received

Hi @Gau&Surya💞 what do you mean by NOA 1 date is 12/15  - did you receive your NOA1 via email or postal mail on 12/15 ? In your Form l-797C, notice of Action received by the Petitioner - what is the received date?

There are 2 dates on noa1,

one is received date; this reflects the dates we are using here from the old site.

the other is the receipt date; which is the noa1 date, which can be even 2-3 weeks apart from received date. However they go according to the received date not noa1.

Yes you are absolutely right. That's why I asked them to confirm because on their timeline it says NOA 1 date is 12/15 whereas their received date on old site is 12/06 . It will give us December filers a better understanding and estimation as according to scans only cases till 12/08 have been touched.

True. As far as the VJ scans go @Gau&Surya💞 are considered December 6 filers.

Very happy they got their approval though. Every approved case is another happy couple.

I know what you mean! I have my good days and bad days with all of this as well. Sometimes it seems like the biggest test of my patience I've ever had, and other days I try to just recognize that it's all completely out of my hands at this point. I try to remind myself that I submitted the best evidence of support I could possibly find, so there's no reason to lose confidence in it now. Sometimes it's so hard to just let it be, and have faith that it will all happen whenever it happens. I've been trying to ween myself off of checking the apps as much too. That started to seem like a good way to drive myself completely insane, haha.

I just keep trying to think of the positives: at least they've started our month, and I've already seen a fair amount of approvals so far. We just have to hope it'll keep on keepin' on in that respect!

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1
