Notice of action doesn’t mean refusal, it means NOID (notice of intent to deny) which is a serious rfe, with a short time limit. But it is not denial.

 

“decision notice mailed” is usually denial.

 

on the other hand it is nice to see things starting with a normal order.

Hi , thanks for the scan. 

I understand or safety reasons the case numbers are not updated but then how can I take notice around my NOA date.
