Approved!!!! OMG I am so so happy now. 205 days since NOA1. I called my fiance even she was sleeping.

Today I woke up and checked the old site first, which has disappointed me again. When i checked the new site, I screamed!!! No email or text.

I joined this forum weeks ago, before that I didn't even know there was a new site to check the case status. I have been using the old one for last half year and even for my  whole naturalized citizen case. Thanks for the information everyone. I just want to share the best moment with you guys and hope everyone can get the approval soon.

NOA1 12/21/17, NOA2 7/13/18.

The P3 for GUZ is only 4 line items

1. DS-160 Confirmation Page

2. Copy of Passport Personal Page

3. 2 Passport style photos White Background, Well Lit, 50mm x 50mm

4. Return the P3 instructions page

#4 is what prevents people in China from getting a head start, they want the instructions page mailed back with the requested documents.

U.S. Consulate General Guangzhou when it is time to schedule an interview. K visa applicants will be notified by the U.S. Consulate General Guangzhou when it is time to schedule an interview.

If it will speed things up for you guys nothing for USCIS and NVC needs to be notarized for the K-1 process and most Embassy's are the same (but check to be sure of your Embassy requirements).

You both are supposed to have your own separate intent to marry letter

We are in the USA and have a 10 yr green card so there is no need for a letter of intent for us. But thanks anyways.

Yes you can get started even if your file is not yet received at USEM. Once you receive your case number it's time to be in charge of what time you choose when things get down. To smooth that trail for your I have a few things that will help you process your visa there in the Philippines.

Start by visiting Hanks site where he has taken the time and research, and of course it helps if you spent 8 plus years helping folks in the Philippines sub-forum get their visas, where he has listed each step. With those steps he includes the what, when and why to completing the item. Many have used the website and have had little or NO problems securing a visa from USEM.

http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/k-1-visa-application.html

Next you'll want to connect with those who are processing through the Philippines in the VJ Philippines sub-forum that way you will be with like minded ppl who are sharing their experiences and also asking and answering questions. Since most in this thread are processing through another country they would be hard pressed to explain what is needed for the Philippines.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

You'll find this on Hank's website but I will give it to you early and that is the Packet 3 Letter for USEM. It's found here:

https://ph.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/the-interview/

Here is the Packet 3 letter.

https://ph.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/82/2016/08/K1-and-K2-Applicant-Interview-Preparation-Instructions-08112016-English-336KB.pdf

There you have it. Everything you need to get your visa. Good luck and smooth sailing.

Totally possible! Thousands have gone before you using this process that I outlined in my earlier post to you. You are always able to sit another month or two till the Embassy contacts you or you can take my proven advice and begin now while your case is in transit to USEM.

Hello guys! This has nothing to do with the Visa, just wanted to tell you that my dad is really sick at the moment, and my mom has been with Alzheimer's for a year and a half, so my situation is not good. I know I'm always positive, I always try to be, but it gets hard. I want to ask if you can pray for my parents, even if you're not religious, just a little thought to give me courage to go through this. I will appreciate it very much!

Thank you :(
