Hi last friday was my interview in islamabad us embassy they approve my visa aftr 5days i got a mail

Certified copies of such records may, in the discretion of the Secretary of State, be made available to a court provided the court certifies that the information contained in such records is needed in a case pending before the court.

Ya i answerd but jst asking y they refuse thy did not ask any question or any docoument while interview thy tk my pasport and jst said congrts  thy askd jst some question about my family and busniss nothing more

it has only been refused while it fully depends on the answer to the questions, once you provide all of what they are asking you will get an official approval as long as everything checks out in the background check.

It’s a temporary refusal. That’s what it says - refusal pending submission etc.  If you answer the questions satisfactorily, they lift the refusal and issue the visa. If you don’t answer it stays refused. 

 

And i I understand they told you verbally you were approved, but it’s precisely situations like this which is why all the information from consulates, on the website etc says don’t book anything non refundable until you actually have your visa in hand.

 

Also, please use full words, this is a forum not a sms text message..
