No what am saying is,, we filed I-130. And was denied and case was sent back and we had noir and we overcome the noir and was reaffirmed. So after my second interview I was given white paper again and that was wen they said they will call me and took my number, and called me in 4 months later and asked me to submit my passport.

Don't worry and just don't let this little issues stress you guys. You will overcome it if you hold on and don't let the embassy break you down. The Ghana embassy is soo prejudice. They don't deny people on evidence, they just deny randomly. Whether your case is good or not they just pick and chose.

We are holding on....hes my world and am not letting him go. I love him❤

Whatever the case may be we will get married and file again.

I know you say you’re waiting to here from them. But earlier you posted this letter which clearly states your case is being sent back to the NVC, because it was found ineligible. Did they tell you something different then the letter they gave you?

With this letter your case is going back. And it will take about 6 months to get back to USCIS. But wen the nvc got it back they will notify you before sending it to USCIS. If is a k1 visa I doubt they will send you noir. Usually it expires with a year. So just prepare and get your marriage on as you said and file again if the need arise. Fight them till you win

Yeah, unfortunately the embassy is very inconsistent about who and when they respond to things. Some people get clear answers. Others don’t.

The best thing you can do is think over the questions your Fiancé was asked and see if there was a pattern. You don’t have to answer for me, but for yourself. Was there a question they asked multiple times? Was there a topic they seemed to focus on? That might give you a better idea of why your case was denied.

That’s awesome that you were able to add him to a credit card. Not all companies allow that without a social security number. Good job on that!

Did you wear traditional garments, the same color for your engagement ?
If yes then Ghana will likely assume that your engagement was a traditional marriage and consider you to be "too married" for a K1 and
"not married enough" for a CR1.
There were many returned due to this issue.

Yes, we had the same color garments on. I had the matching top with jeans and he had the matching bottom with white top. One of the pic show us kneeling on a white pillow and a pastor blessing us.

Bingo. I believe that was the reason for refusal. Ghana is super picky with that.

I think that what it was "too married" for K1 and not married enough for CR1. Our only option now is to get married and show both old and new evidence.
