I just got here in the USA last 24th of November. I have a 4month old son and when I got interviewed at the US Embassy at the Ph before my son was only 1mon old. I want to ask how would I bring him here? Should I petition him or he can come with me when Ill come home on his 1st birthday. Thank you very much in advance!

LPR's can sponsor minor children, takes about 2 years.

If he has a visitor visa, yes.

I assume you will apply on his behalf, or his father, interviews are usually waived.

We can only speculate if they will get a visitor visa. May be difficult since they have immigrant intent. All you can do is try and see.
