It has nothing to do with perspective.  An activist stops being an activist when they commit an act of violence - they then become a criminal.  You told another poster that he should have consulted Google or a dictionary for the definition of the word activist.  Well, the definition of the word activist excludes the word violence.  So she is no longer an activist, according to you, Google, and the dictionary.

Still the word violence doesn't appear in the definition for the word activist, because an activist who resorts to violence is no longer an activist - by definition.
