Thanks, I will let her know, that will put her mind at ease a bit.  Planning on having sister in law take her to he medical and then the wife and I will fly over for the interview, (i am assuming the process will be fairly similar in those respects as to what my wife did in her process)

Yes the process is identical to the process for your wife.   I-130 petition - AOS processing at NVC - then the visa process at USEM/SLEC/CFO.    Interview will more of a formality with the child.
