Question : I signed up for the home delivery option of the passport when I registered for my interview. For those who chose this option, how long did it take to get your passport back after the interview?

Is this suppose to expedite the shipping of the passport or is it for only delivery to your home versus a courier station?

Home delivery doesn't expedite anything, it just makes sure it's delivered to your home (where you will need to sign for it) vs picking it up from the local post office.

My fiance misplaced our NOA1 hard copy (We think he tossed it in the recycling) - Do you think I need it for the Embassy interview? I have our NOA2 hard copy though

No, not needed for the interview in MTL.

You WILL need your NOA2 when you file for AOS so do not lose that. It costs a few hundred to replace it.

Good to know, thank you! Yes, since he brought NOA2 HC over to my place, it's in good hands 😂

Question: My interview is scheduled for September and today I Noticed on Ceac tracker it updated the date of "last updated". I had scheduled the interview a month ago. Any reason for the "last updated"  date to change?

Question for everyone who has done their interview, did they ask for specific dates on when you met, went on outings, trips?

Exact dates, no. Month and year, absolutely.

Specific important dates like birthdays and such and addresses and ages, of course

Where did everyone stay while in Montreal?  He will be accompanying me for my medical on Sept 18. So we are only staying overnight.  Then I will drive back with him to NJ after the medical.  My interview is on Sept 26.  So I will fly back on Sept 25 to pick up my medical package and attend my interview the next day.  Again I will be staying just overnight. The Sept 26 after my interview I’m flying back to Winnipeg.

Question: Do they give you the Chest X-ray CD after you pick up your medical results?

They handed me a X-Ray CD which says keep it and not to give it to the CBP officer. I want to make sure if you guys also got this CD.

Yes. You are to keep it in a safe place just incase USCIS loses your medical documents by the time you apply for AOS. Then you will have at least a copy of that and you will only have to get the physical and blood work done by the civil surgeon in the US to complete the I693 instead of the costly XRay too. Do not give it to the BP officer at POE! It's for your records.

Thank you for the answers. Do we also end up keeping the vaccination paper that we get at the medical? We will need that for AOS too, correct?

Yes. That is for your records too.

You may or may not need to submit a PHOTOCOPY of the DS3025 Vaccination sheet with AOS and you may or may not need to submit a photocopy of it at your AOS interview. That is dependant on whether or not they lost your medical documents after POE.

The only thing you give to the BP at POE is the sealed "do not open" yellow Visa package and your passport. It will contain everything they need including your medical results.
