I see nothing that is against the VJ ToS. You post in a public forum you will get a variety of responses.

 

Obviously if she gave birth to the child in the US the child would be a USC automatically and that issue would go away, but still leaves the question if she can afford to do so.

As long as you guys can pay for it, she can perhaps come deliver in the US and return.  That way baby has got US passport for whenever mum moves and if needed to leave baby back with your wife.

there is derivative for a child.  the beneficiary is the OP's wife's daughter.  the OP's wife is the petitioner.  the grandchild is the child of the beneficiary.  there is no problem.  you are mistaken.

purpose of B-2 is visit.  B-2 purpose is not to have us baby.  that is quick reason for deny entry.
