Hi everyone,

we are using rapidvisa for our CR1 process. And are a little frustrated, they say in order to get the process started they really don’t want much for the beginning. But we read online that everything is needed in the package for the uscis. Rapid say they don’t want our passport or other info like message conversations etc. I personally feel like we should include everything for the uscis stage, like pictures, plane tickets and trips together

Please i don’t want to hear you shouldn’t of gone with rapidvisa we have now and we have to as we paid, we already got messed about by a lawyer.

Please help as this is stressing me out

thanks

emma

I would just tell them what you want to send, and tell them that you've done research & don't want to be talked out of it. USCIS wants proof of a bona fide relationship. Examples like you posted above are great to include. I don't know if rapidvisa is easy to work with & will include all you send, but you're paying them...they should do what you request!

it's okay, we are using rapidvisa and we front loaded. they say they don't require it, but they still included it in our application :) being from the UK means it's not a high fraud country and you don't have to worry too much as compared to other countries, but I understand you wanting to have it go smoothly and without issues. good luck! <3

Oh wow it’s so nice to meet people from the UK going through the same process, how long have you been waiting? So in our pack we have all the forms, passport copies, marriage copies, birth cert copies, a affidavit from family member, our joint finances, pictures, messages, joint pension details, plane tickets and trip tickets we have taken together, I think that’s it. Does that all sound ok? I really don’t want any RFE.
