my fiance an I are looking at all possible allways. we wanted to know which one is more effective. To apply for a k1 fiance visa or for us to get married here in brazil, where i live then have him file a I30?

anyone out there could give me some advice would be wonderful

K1 is faster but expensive and your finance will not get green card right-a-way. Once you got married in USA, you have to apply for AOS (adjustment of status). On the other hand, CR1 is less expensive and it can take around 12-15 months and your wife will get green sooner. Now you have to decide
