Someone mentioned to me the other day that she (Canadian Citizen) is planning on going to the states, getting married (to her American Fiance) and applying for a "Spousal Support Visa"... I've tried to google to see what exactally this is but I cant figure it out. Is this the K-3 visa they are talking about or something completely different?'

Thanks!

abigailD,

Sounds like another person who is making up their own names for things rather than using the established terms.

It sounds like they are talking about the spousal visa (K-3).
