My name is linda yousef I'm 21 years old and me and my now Moroccan fiancée want to get married in the USA. I have lived in the USA when I was in second grade and have visited the USA for two summers (summer 2017 and summer 2016) which means that i do not have tax returns or a job or assets or a domicile. But I will be living with my parents for a couple of months ( my parents are Arab and homophobic thus they won't know I'm married).

Questions:

1- can I apply from abroad

2- is a joint sponsor enough

3-how do I start with all of this process and what is exactly required(step by step)

So if I understand correctly, you are a same sex couple?

1. You can send in the paperwork from abroad, but you will need to provide a US address for mail regarding the visa process to be sent to. Morocco doesn't have direct consular filing.

2. If you don't have an income (job), you will need a co-sponsor for the K1 process. It doesn't have to be your parents, it could be anyone that you know, they don't need to be related to you.

3. The K1 guide here is a good overview and step by step on how the process works.

How long have your and your fiancee known each other? Are you currently living with her in Morocco/where are you currently living? Casablanca is not an easy consulate to get a visa through, and it's even more difficult when there are red flags involved.

Actaully no we live in two different countries. And yes we are a same sex couple. I live in Palestine and she's now in France. Can't I mail everything to where I am? My parents do not know of this

You are already an adult so you don't need your parents consent or approval. 😊

I did a quick search on the forums here and it looks like the I-129F documents CAN be sent to a foreign address, so you might be ok filing from Palestine. You will still need to provide proof of domicile in the United States though, so that will be one of the first hurdles you will need to overcome.

Can I put my parents address? Would they send anything to them?

If neither of you is a permanent resident of the US or a US citizen, this is gonna be really hard if not impossible.

I am a resident and citizen, I just don't live there yet.

I am citizen because I was born there and lived there for one year when I was in second grade. And I'm a resident because two summers ago I applied for the California Identification card.

ok, u r a us ciitzen.

a ca id does not make you a resident.  living here makes u a resident.

u r not a us resident.  u need to look at residency requirement, us domicile, and filing us tax returns

1.  u can file abroad

2.  a joint sponsor is not enough.  u need us residency and domicile.  u need to file us tax returns for last 3 years.

3.  read the guides.  step by step in there.

What are your job prospects going to the US? Even though you are a citizen you say you will stay w your parents but they don't know about your fiance. Where would she stay theoretically when she gets there? Your parents will find out sooner or later. Have you never lived with them if you're in Palestine and they are in US?

If your girlfriend has status in France it would prob be a lot easier to move together to France where it's more liberal and you don't have to hide your relationship.  Can you get a job in France?

Where did she say they are married? If that was the case, I assume they would have married in France (can't marry in Morocco or Palestine) and stayed there. I agree with @EandH0904 that moving to France might be the better option here.

You will need to prove domicile in the US if you want to go the K1 route. Having a California ID card is not enough to prove you are a US resident. To answer your question about the mail, yes, mail is sent to the US address that you provide. The letters come from USCIS so your parents would likely find out (if you use their address) that they contain something immigration related.
