We live in a Kraków now but we were living in Canada for the last five years. (I am a dual citizen)

I know what you mean. I found this site after I already submitted everything and I read things other people were including and I was disappointed I didn’t. I should have included our rental contract. Also I sent my passport as proof of US Citizenship but only he photo and info page.

i saw other people were sending copies of every page of their passport.

Where are you applying from?

You can add all that at the NVC stage which is known as side loading...You will be fine...

We payed him like 4000

YOU PAID HIM WHAT???????? Joe I wish you would have found this site before you dish out that much money to a lawyer..You can do your own forms and if you have question, VJ is a wonderful DIY site and good at responding to questions...With a lawyer you still have to do most of the leg work..All the lawyers does is look over forms to make sure it is filled out correctly, but as it seems, your lawyer is already making drastic mistakes, submitting incorrect forms that can hold up your petition...Lawyers do not expedite petitions and nor is there a guarantee of gettinga visa just because one uses a lawyer. Just read the horror stories on here on how lawyers have made costly mistakes for others... Please see if you can get your money back or some atleast and do this petition yourself and if you have questions, VJ is here to help..Sorry if I sounded so brutal...Wishing you all well on your journey!

copy of joint bank account, 💞

How did you get a joint bank account? I can't find any bank that will open one for both of us with my husband still being in his country. My only thought is we will open one together next time I visit him.
