My Timeline:

On December 7, 2017, we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative,  sent to California service center(WAC....).

September 1, 2018 -----Still waiting and waiting

Is your petitioner a green card holder.

Yes

Because am also petitioned by a green card holder and my PD is 29 Dec 2017 and was sent to California service center WAC too. I learnt it takes 2 years for i130 to be approved here because it's F2A . But it can get faster if the petitioner becomes citizen and he upgrades the application

Do you have any idea why our application was sent to California sc? Other service centers are like really fast. 2 years is a long wait.

Hi all, just got my approval letter in the mail their website still not updated. They received my RFE response on August 24th base on their website and l was approved on August 28th, the letter indicates that my package already been send to NVC. Not sure about the delay, l have mailed my response on August 15th l'm guessing the mail had to be transfered to different department. Part two begins. Very excite to say the least. Good luck to all!!
