I didn't know we could call the NVC. Our petition was approved over a month ago and we got the letter saying it was being sent to NVC a month ago. We have yet to hear anything from the NVC yet. Is this normal?

I will call the NVC tomorrow morning now that I know we can call. We sent an email after a month as the letter said we could do, BUT I'm definitely calling tomorrow now.
