Hi everyone, I just wanted to give you all some hope.  My PD is 1 Dec 2017 and I received notification today it has been sent to the NVC!  Processed through Nebraska

Good news! We were approved! No email or text. I check the old website this morning and no updates. The new website said “we approved your case”  as of May 23rd! Fingers crossed for everyone else! I’m

Another week of waiting. 

Today a fly in to Mexico one more time to be with my partner. It gets harder each time to leave my home and family. So hard to juggle 2 lives when all you want is it to be one life one location. RFE was received Aug 3rd at USCIS i hope we get an approval soon. How much more time is to wait? And do they know how hard this is? 

Since Dec 20th and still no response.

I also got a ref, I have sent back what was required. Just tired of how long am to wait.

Hi all, been awhile.

I got RFE on July 25th my daughter just got it out of the mail box, I'm out of the country in Dubai with husband on vacay. The only thing they're asking is a passport photo of myself l shall return  back in the US next week will respond as soon as l get back,  hopefully it will speed up from there, l guess that was the only thing missing from my file. Good luck to all

now you wait again! 

 

about a week and a half and then they shozld have sent it to the NVC

after that you can start calling them to ask if they have received it

Now comes another waiting, once they send the approved petition to NVC the USCIS sites gets updated with same, and it will take anywhere from 5-10 business days for NVC to receive from the day it is sent. 

 

currently NVC is taking another 8 weeks to assign a case number from the date its received but for some lucky ones it might take even 4 weeks .

 

You can start following NVC forum to get an idea on what other people are going through. Good luck
