Hi all, I just called uscis and spoke to a tier 2 officer and was told my case was approved yesterday and that an approval notice was mailed out. It has not updated in the old or new website as yet. It still reflects request for evidence received.

 

Texas service center 

Pd 12/28/17

Rfe for initial evidence 6/13/18

Sent RFE back on 6/21/18

Status changed to rfe recieved 6/25/18

Approval 7/31/18

 

Hopefully I receive the NOA 2 by Saturday and my status updates soon online

Morning to all and congrats to everyone on a much active month of July. Heres to August being even better!

 

My question is to those who received an RFE WITH POTOMAC. 

How long before getting a response from potimac? it seems like they are the slowest. Does this mean same for RFE?

Yeah for the NVC case number I feel like we gotta wait for quite a while

UPDATE: The new website updated today that I was approved, however the old website still says request for evidence received.

Same here received notification yesterday after 2.5 weeks since approval 

 

what do we do next to get case number and start paying fees ?

Has calling them prior reciving email been helpful?

Now you have to wait

It‘ll take a while till you get a case number

I probably will start calling after 4 weeks....maybe I‘m lucky...but probably not

This is the 2nd page of my rfe for initial evidence where it asks for the evidence. Every one is different and u may get something else, so best to wait for your letter. But this is what I gotq
